P.A. police investigating suspected fifth homicide of year

Prince Albert Police are investigating what they believe was a homicide.

Last Wednesday, officers were called to the 1000 Block of Branion Drive for a welfare check.

When they arrived, they found 56-year-old Sheldon Mannix deceased.

An autopsy was completed two days later with the death now being considered a homicide. This would be P.A.’s fifth homicide of the year. The third and fourth happened on the same day earlier this month.
