The investigation showed that three people in a vehicle pulled up to another vehicle that was parked near 16th Avenue and 93rd Street.

One of the occupants shot into the parked vehicle, seriously injuring a man inside, before fleeing the scene.

Police found the suspect vehicle and tried to stop it unsuccessfully. They later located and disabled it north of town before arresting all three of the occupants.
