Prince Albert police have made an arrest in connection to a pair of armed robberies in the city.

In relation to the robberies, he is facing two counts each of robbery with a firearm, possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and disguise with intent, failing to comply with a release order and failure to comply with a court order.

One incident happened at a business on Marquis Road as two men reportedly entered the building brandishing weapons and fled with an undisclosed amount of merchandise.

The second incident occurred just hours later and involved a victim being approached by two men with firearms. He was robbed and sustained minor injuries.
