RCMP investigating single-vehicle rollover in Air Ronge

Police are investigating after a vehicle entered the ditch and rolled along Highway 2 in Air Ronge.

That’s according to La Ronge RCMP Sgt. Brent Nicol, who stated the incident is still being looked into and that charges are possible.

First responders received a call at 3:09 a.m. on Thursday for a report of a single-vehicle rollover.

La Ronge Regional Fire Department Chief Keaton Cloud said the lone occupant was already in the care of La Ronge EMS when firefighters arrived on the scene.

The occupant was taken to the La Ronge Health Centre via EMS with non-life threatening injuries.
