Nutrien In-Person and Virtual Festivals Have Begun

The Nutrien Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan is thrilled to announce that the in-person festival and virtual festival are starting this Thursday, June 1st until June 4th!

Kicking-off at 9:30 am in Saskatoon’s Kinsmen Park, the in-person festival is suitable for all children. The 2023 festival features diverse and inclusive programming and spaces for children of all ages, focusing on those aged 2-12. Programming includes:

ROVING PERFORMERS
One of the biggest delights for kids at the festival are the spectacular Roving Performers. Find them out-and-about each day bringing delight and wonder to children around the festival site.

ACTION-PACKED ACTIVITIES
Little ones can experience everything from circus arts, to science experiments, to critters & creatures, to puppets, to storytelling and so much more! Explore the festival’s activities here

SPECIAL SPACES
There are many special spaces throughout the festival site including the Sensory Tent, the Rain or Shine Tent, Rockford Picnic Park, the Rainbow Tent, the Library Tent and more. Explore the festival’s spaces here.

FREE SUNSET PARTY
All are welcome at the FREE Sunset Party in Kinsmen Park on Saturday June 3rd from 5:30pm – 8:00pm. This will be an amazing night showcasing some fabulous festival performers! Regular festival programming will be closed for the evening, with the exception of the Blue Sky Stage where the Sunset Party performances will take place. No ticket or payment to enter is required.

FREE VIRTUAL FESTIVAL ON YOUTUBE
The virtual festival is suitable for children of all ages and is completely free of charge, running on the festival’s YouTube channel.

Tickets are $10 for attendees aged 2 and up; children under 2 are free. A ticket grants access to everything there is to offer at the festival for one day.
