Lashburn man charged in alleged indecent act in Lloydminster

A man from Lashburn has been charged after allegedly committing an indecent act at a pool in Lloydminster.

On Monday, RCMP received the report from the Bioclean Athletic Centre. Following an investigation, S.B. Habetler, 45, of Lashburn was charged with committing an indecent act and mischief.

Habetler was taken before a Justice of the Peace on Tuesday and released on conditions with his next court date set for April 4.

Later that day, RCMP found him outside a local daycare, which was a breach of his release conditions. Habetler was arrested again and charged with breach of release conditions.
