Update: Man unlawfully at large last seen in Prince Albert caught

Prince Albert Police have arrested Faron Roberts, who was unlawfully at large.

The Crime Reduction Team found him in the 800 Block of 14th St. West yesterday evening and arrested him after a short foot chase.

Further investigation showed a loaded, sawed off shotgun and ammunition in an area nearby.

He appeared in Provincial Court his morning on several gun charges.

Faron Roberts, 23, was on statutory release at the time and was declared at large just before 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Roberts was last seen near 15th Street and 9th Avenue West.

Roberts stands five feet six inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He has several tattoos on his face, including daggers underneath each eye, and tattoos under his bottom lip and above both his eyebrows. Roberts was wearing a grey sweater, black track pants, and black shoes when he was last seen.

Police said Roberts should not be approached, and ask those who see him or have information on where he could be to call 911.
