Salvation Army $15,000 short of goal

This year’s Christmas fundraising campaign is still short of its $100,000 goal and is looking to raise $15,000 before Christmas Eve.

Major Ed Dean said they still hope to meet their goal in the next few days.

“If you see a kettle, put a little extra in it so we can meet our goal,” he urged.

The money raised is spent in Prince Albert, with much of it spent on the 170 meals they offer three times a week.
