Minor injuries reported after crash on 2nd Ave. West

Three people were taken to hospital following a collision in the city on Wednesday morning.

Paramedics, fire, and police responded to the multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of 2 Ave and 28 St. West just after 10 a.m. involving an SUV and a car.

Parkland Ambulance confirmed three people were taken to hospital for minor injuries but were listed in good and stable condition.

Police closed off a section of 28 St. near the intersection as crews responded.

So far there’s no word on the cause of the collision.
