It was a Saskatoon sweep at the 2022 Ladies Northern championships this weekend at the Cooke Municipal Golf Course. Kathy Ziglo won the overall title with a two-day score of 164, while Dianne Bethune won the Senior Ladies’ title with 167. Bethune was also in the Championship Flight and hunting for the overall title, as well.
Maureen Bowerman won the Nadia Gisi Memorial Spirit Award, presented each year to a golfer that exemplifies the true spirit of golf, having fun regardless of what shows up on the scorecard.
