Man struck by vehicle in Cornerstone parking lot dies in hospital

Prince Albert police have confirmed a man hit by a vehicle last week in a shopping centre parking lot, has died

Allan Andres, 31, was struck by the vehicle on May 18 in Prince Albert’s Cornerstone parking lot following an altercation with the driver. He was taken to hospital by paramedics and transferred to Saskatoon in serious conditions.

Rajdeepsinh Bihola, 22, was initially arrested for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon but was released on bail on Thursday, before Andres’ death.

He was arrested again Friday and will be remanded in custody before appearing in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday on the new charge of second-degree murder.
