Prize Showhome is a modern oasis.

Built by On the Mark Homes and architecturally designed by Oxbow Architecture the home is awarded fully furnished, decorated, and landscaped with $15,000 Cash!

The Showhome is on an expansive 7,000 square foot lot with a large backyard retreat, custom deck,
desirable front parking spot and garage. Throughout the home there are luxurious and inviting warm
tones with a floating oak staircase, vaulted ceilings, large windows and sky lights. The kitchen connects
the dining and living areas and has exquisite white oak hardwood and custom cabinetry. The main floor
principal suite has direct access to enjoy the deck and a luxurious ensuite, while the spacious lower

athletics, music, and the arts; ensure safety at schools; care for the elderly and those with special
needs; and provide food and clothing to those who can’t provide for themselves.

Ticket purchasers can also choose to Add-On with the 50/50 and Cash Calendar. Last year’s total 50/50
sales exceeded $645,000, and the Cash Calendar will have one big cash winner every day in August.
