Raiders set to clash with Hitmen in Calgary

Feb 23, 2022 | 12:00 PM

The Prince Albert Raiders continue their long Alberta road trip Wednesday as they skate into the Scotiabank Saddledome to face the Calgary Hitmen.

The Raiders put up a big 4-1 win on Family Day over the Medicine Hat Tigers thanks to two goals from captain Reece Vitelli.

Meanwhile, the Hitmen are hoping to get out of a slump as they’ve only won two out of eight games played so far in February. That included a 5-2 loss to the Raiders at the Art Hauser Centre on Feb. 8.

This is the fourth meeting between the clubs this season, with Prince Albert winning two of those games, one by a shootout.

Rob Mahon will have the call for Wednesday night’s game starting with the pregame show at 5:30 p.m. with puck drop at 6:00 p.m. on 900 CKBI.
