Sask. ICE Unit arrest 14-year-old boy from North Battleford
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit have arrested and charged a 14-year-old boy from North Battleford with child pornography offences after an investigation.
The ICE Unit arrested the youth after an investigation into the possession of child pornography through a social media application.
Yesterday, the ICE Unit visited the home of the boy with a search warrant and seized electronic devices for forensic analysis. The 14-year-old from North Battleford has been charged with possession of child pornography and making child pornography available.
The investigation continues and he was released from North Battleford Provincial Court on numerous conditions.
