The Prince Albert Raiders bolstered their goaltending core by adding 19-year-old goaltender Cole Tisdale from the Tri-City Americans, in exchange for a seventh-round pick in 2025.
Tisdale has split the 2021-22 season with the Kelowna Rockets and the Americans. In eight total appearances this season, the 5’11, 170-lb netminder has a 4-0-0-1 record with a 2.65 goals-against average and a 0.910 save percentage.
He joins the Raiders goaltending group of 19-year-old Carter Serhyenko, and 18-year-old rookie Tikhon Chaika, who has started the last six games for the Raiders.
The teams agreed to the deal on Saturday night, before making a Sunday morning announcement.
