Prince Albert Police Service respond to call of gunshots on Ninth Street East

The Prince Albert Police Service are reporting a serious incident involving gunshots that happened in the early hours of Monday morning in the 300 Block of Ninth Street East.

Just after 4 a.m. the police were called to the area after a report of gunshots and residents can expect an increased police presence as they investigate.

The Forensic Identification Section and Criminal Investigations Division are investigating the incident.

Police did not release any other details at this time or if anyone was hurt.
