Pinehouse RCMP seek wanted man

Nov 17, 2021 | 5:00 PM

Pinehouse RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a wanted man.

According to an RCMP media release, on Nov. 10 Jerry Tinker was charged with failure to comply with two court-directed conditions including to report to a probations officer and to enrol and comply with electronic monitoring. As a result, a warrant for his arrest has been issued.

The breached conditions were related to a September 2021 investigation that resulted in Tinker being charged with one count of uttering threats against a person and one count of resisting or obstructing a peace officer. These charges are still before the courts.

Pinehouse RCMP officers are actively trying to locate Tinker. They urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to report it to police.

Tinker is described as 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He could be in Pinehouse or Prince Albert, but this has not been confirmed.

If you see him or know where he is, do not approach him. Immediately call your local police service.

Information can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
