Prince Albert Titans’ forward Ben Zultok scored a goal and an assisted on another, but it wasn’t enough for the win as his Titans fell 5-2 to the Carrot River Thunder Wednesday at the Kinsmen Arena.
With the pair of points, Zultok overtook the outright lead in Prairie Junior Hockey League scoring with 21 points through 10 games.
James Tingley scored the other goal for the Titans, and also assisted on Zultok’s marker.
The Titans are now 2-7-1 on the season, while the Thunder evened their record at 5-5-1. The Titans are back at it on Sunday night against the Saskatoon Royals. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. at the Rod Hamm Arena.
