MÉTIS NATION SASKATCHEWAN YOUTH CITIZENS, VOTE ONLINE FOR A PRESIDENT November 6th, 2021

An election for the Métis Nation – Saskatchewan Provincial Métis Youth Council President will be held on Nov. 6th, 2021. The Declaration of Election issued by Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Gwen LaFond, begins the Election process for Métis Youth Citizens to elect a President for the Provincial Métis Youth Council.

The Declaration sets November 6th, 2021 as Election Day with candidate nominations opening October 16th at 9:00am and closing at 2:00pm Thursday October 21st. LaFond stated “This is an important and exciting election for Métis Youth Citizens across the Province. Citizens between the ages of 16 and 29 will be able to elect a new Provincial MétisYouth Council President, in a safe, secure, online election.

MétisYouth Citizens will be able to vote online starting November 5th at 7:00am ending on Election Day – November 6th, at 7:00 pm.
