One man in hospital after assault on Sunday night

One man is in serious condition following an assault Sunday night.
The Prince Albert Police Service and Parkland Ambulance were called to reports of the assault on 14 Street West near 11 Avenue West around 8:15 p.m.
A 31-year-old man was taken to Victoria Hospital and eventually transferred to Royal University Hospital where he remains in serious condition.
Prince Albert Police continue to investigate the assault. The area where the man was found remains closed.
