Nineteen COVID-19 cases reported in Prince Albert schools this week

From the week of Sept. 19–25, Saskatchewan public health identified 19 cases in schools in Prince Albert and area.

Out of those, 17 cases spread were reported among six different Prince Albert Catholic Schools. Two Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division schools reported COVID-19 cases at the beginning of the week.

Here is the breakdown of when the cases were reported.

Prince Albert Catholic School Division

Sept. 19 — five cases, St. Francis, St. Catherine, St. Michael, École St. Anne, École St. Mary

Sept. 20 — one case, St. Francis

Sept. 21 — two cases, St. Michael, St. John

Sept. 22 — four cases, St. John, St. Catherine, Ecole St. Mary

Sept. 25 — five cases, École St. Anne, St. John, St. Michael School and École Holy Cross

Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division

Sept. 19 — two cases, John Diefenbaker, Queen Mary
