——

A 27-year-old woman from the Wakaw area, has been reported missing.

Mary Heathen was last seen early Sunday morning, at her house on Carpenter Road between the communities of Wakaw and One Arrow First Nation.

Her family and friends have not been able to reach her since, which RCMP say is very unusual for her.

Both the Wakaw RCMP and Rosthern RCMP detachments have been looking for her and have not been able to locate her. Her family and police are worried for her wellbeing.

Heathen was last seen wearing a black bunny hug, orange pajama pants with black and white cats on them and a grey tank top. Mary is an Indigenous female, approximately 5’5”, of average build. She has brown eyes and brown shoulder-length hair with red ends.

Heathen has relationships in One Arrow First Nation and could be there. It’s believed she could be in a brown 2005 Buick Century with a Saskatchewan plate 578 MDG.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Heathen is asked to call Wakaw RCMP or their local police service. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
