P.A. Mintos sign three local players for next season

The Prince Albert Mintos AAA have announced the signing of three local players.

Forward Ashton Tait, forward Matthew Cudmore and goaltender Jayden Kraus have all been signed for next season.

Kraus played for the Prince Albert Venice House Pirates during the brief 2020/21 season where he posted a 1-0 record. The 2006-born goalie finished the season with a 2.95 goals against average, and a .933 save percentage. The Mintos said on social media he is smart, athletic and technically sound.

Tait, who also played on the Pirates in the 2020/21 season, scored two goals. In the 2019/20 season, the 2006-born forward recorded 22 goals and 23 assists in his first year with the pirates.

Matthew Cudmore, who was born in 2005, played for the Lakeland Towing Vulcans. In the 2019/20 season, he scored 11 goals and added 12 assists for the Pirates. The Mintos described him as a fast and skilled forward who plays with energy.
