P.A.’s Braden Schneider signs with Rangers

On Thursday, Prince Albert’s own Braden Schneider signed his first professional hockey contract.

He signed an entry level contract with the New York Rangers for three seasons.

The Rangers drafted Schneider 19^th overall in the first round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.

Schneider is entering his third year with the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League, his first as captain of the team.
