Meth and cocaine bust in P.A.
Prince Albert Police Services arrested three people after a vehicle stop lead to the discovery of drugs, cash, and, later, firearms.
According to a media release issued Tuesday it happened last Thursday in the 1600 Block of 15th Street West.
Two men, age 29 and 49, and a female age 27, were arrested at the scene for Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking. As a result of the vehicle stop, police said officers found over 93 grams of methamphetamine, cocaine, more than $1,900 in cash and drug paraphernalia consistent with trafficking.
Acting on a search warrant, Integrated Crime Reducation Team members then searched a residence in the 1600 Block of 17th Street West, where they located methamphetamine, crack cocaine, cocaine, two modified .22 calibre rifles, ammunition, two rifle scopes, and a ballistic armour carrier.
