Victoria Hospital Foundation asking for public participation in New Year’s Eve tribute
The Victoria Hospital Foundation (VHF) is saying thanks to the Victoria Hospital frontline workers with a tribute on New Year’s Eve.
According to a media release, the initiative, which has been proposed across Saskatchewan is meant to show gratitude for frontline workers.
On Dec. 31 at 7:30 p.m. the VHF are asking residents of Prince Albert to go to their own front porch, lawn, driveway, etc. and make noise for frontline workers while the P.A. Fire Department, Parkland Ambulance and P.A. police do a symbolic drive by around the Victoria Hospital to show support.
“This is a chance for everyone to not only celebrate and thank our Frontline Workers together (from afar), but also welcome 2021 with hope, noise and gratitude, together,” as stated in the release.
