Oct 5, 2020 | 3:32 PM

According to witnesses at the scene of a drive by shooting in Prince Albert’s east hill area, a man was shot multiple times, prior to being seen walking towards the street, waving for help.

The man, who was wearing red, was covered in blood.

The incident happened Sunday evening in the area near Carlton Court plaza. The suspect vehicle, a black SUV, then continued northbound. Meanwhile the victim, a 31-year-old man, was transported to hospital in Saskatoon where he remained on Monday.

Shortly after, police were alerted to a complaint about erratic driving involving the same vehicle. The suspect vehicle was observed travelling at a high rate of speed near 15th Ave. E. and and fourth St., where it collided with a parked vehicle and then a fence.

The suspects then fled on foot. Police Service Dog (PSD) Kal was deployed to the area and located an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year old man. They are facing numerous charges, including attempted murder, and will appear in court later this week.
