Our Annual General Meeting was cancelled in March due to COVID 19.

We are required by our bylaws to hold a meeting once a year to discuss issues imperative to the members as well as elect board members. We have rescheduled the AGM for Sunday Sept 13 at 2 pm at the Trail Riders Arena .

As per COVID 19 regulations, there will be a limit of 20 attendees.

Physical distancing will be adhered to, and while masks are not mandatory, they are recommended.

If you are sick, fevered or have travelled outside the country, please stay home for everyone’s safety.
