Re-Open Saskatchewan

Businesses in the northwest can proceed with the current phase of the province’s Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan. A list of the critical services and allowable businesses are located online.

COVID fatigue

The province is noting while it’s understandable many will feel frustrated by the ongoing state of cautiousness amidst the pandemic, it is necessary to not become complacent.

“If you are feeling well or don’t know anyone who has gotten sick, it is easy to think that you do not need to be careful. However the recent surge in COVID-19 in all regions of Saskatchewan shows that we cannot become complacent,” the province said in a release to media. “There is no region in Saskatchewan without active cases.”

The province urges all to continue washing hands often, keeping gatherings small and with the same group of people, maintaining a distance of two metres and wearing a mask if distancing is not possible.
