SHA announces change in visitor restrictions for P.A. facilities

Prince Albert health care facilities are relaxing visitor restrictions.
On July 8 the SHA put in place a policy which limited visitors to family members or support people who were allowed in only for what were considered compassionate reasons.
The policy was put in place at the Victoria Hospital and long-term care facilities in P.A. The SHA said they feel comfortable easing the extra restrictions now as there have been no new cases of COVID-19 for more than 14 days in the area.
Going forward regular visitor restrictions will be in place under Family Presence Guidelines.
