Expect delays on Highway Two north of the bridge

Prince Albert RCMP is on scene responding to a serious two-vehicle collision on the northbound lane of Highway 2, north of 15^th Street NW.

A car and an SUV collided. The two adult occupants of the car were transported to hospital with serious injuries. The lone adult occupant to the SUV was examined at the scene by EMS and released.

Traffic is reduced to one lane going north and considerably slowed down from the City of Prince Albert to the location of the collision.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area.

The line of traffic in the northbound lane stretched from the turnoff to the RCMP detachment, to the Shellbrook overpass. (paNOW Staff)

Parkland Ambulance confirms two take to hospital

Paramedics cared for an 88 year old male and 83 year old female, both in one vehicle, for serious but non life threatening injuries.

There were no reports of other injuries.
