Apr 3, 2020 | 12:00 PM

Three years have now passed since Happy Charles was last seen in Prince Albert, and police are once again appealing to the public for information as to her whereabouts.

Charles was last seen April 3, 2017 in the vicinity of the Prince Albert Collegiate Institute (PACI) 45-20th St W. According to a statement Friday from the Police Service, the public has been very cooperative in providing statements and facts about the night of Charles’ disappearance.

“Whatever the truth is, the family and all those connected deserve to know what happened to their loved one,” Sgt. Kathy Edwardsen said. “We urge anyone who has any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to come forward and help police find the truth.”
