Police continue search for La Ronge murder suspect after co-accused arrested near P.A.

nowAfter arresting one female suspect at large, police continue to search for a male suspect accused of murder.

Prince Albert RCMP officers arrested Kandi Rose Ratt, born 1992, in Christopher Lake on Saturday for accessory after the fact to murder in the Sheena Billette homicide investigation. She was scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.

Officers continue to search for Charlie (CJ) Napthalie Charlies, born 1995. He is wanted for first-degree murder, kidnapping, and forcible confinement.

Charles is described as 5-9 tall, 119 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He is missing his left index and baby fingers, which may still be bandaged.

On Dec. 23, Billette’s body was located roughly seven kilometres north of La Ronge on Highway 102.

Three others are charged with murdering the 28-year-old mother of four and remain in custody.
