The Prince Albert Raiders have announced the signing of 2004-born defenceman Tre Fouquette to a WHL Standard Player Agreement.

In a media release Tuesday the organization said Fouquette, a product of Warman, was drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft by the Raiders.

Listed at 5-11 and 181 pounds at the Raiders’ 2019 Training Camp, Fouquette suited up for the Warman Wildcats for the 2018-19 season.

He had 15 goals and six assists in 27 games for the Wildcats and added two goals and four assists in five post-season games.

Fouquette will play the 2019-20 season with the SMAAAHL’s Prince Albert Mintos. He suited up in the Mintos’ first two games of the season, helping his midget club to a pair of wins to start the year.

Fouquette is the second member of the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft class to sign his Standard Player Agreement, joining first-round selection Niall Crocker.
