Chubby Checker rocks the E.A. Rawlinson Centre

The golden age of rock ‘n roll is alive and well based on the turnout at the E.A Rawlinson Centre Monday night.

Chubby Checker had his fans dancing for nearly an hour and a half.

Checker joyfully sang his classic hits as well as performed covers of popular Elvis Presley, Little Richard and Ernest Tubb songs.

Lots of fun was had by all who attended, a couple dozen lucky fans even had a chance to get up on stage with Checker and do the Twist.
