Police arrest suspects from armed robberies

Four people, including one youth have been arrested and are facing a number of charges regarding three armed robberies in Prince Albert.

The morning of Sept. 14, police responded to a call at a business in the 600 block of Marquis Road for a report of a robbery. A man entered the off-sale business and produced a firearm and then fled with an undisclosed amount of alcohol. No one was injured as a result of the incident.

The afternoon of Sept. 15, police were called to a business located in the 2800 block of 6th Ave E. after staff members reported they were approached outside the business by two men holding a knife and a gun. They demanded what was in the staff members pockets, struck the victim with the gun and fled the scene on foot. The victim was treated for minor injuries.

Around 3 a.m. this morning, officers were once again dispatched to an off-sale business this time located on River Street West. The victim told police a man holding a gun grabbed alcohol out their hand while they were serving a customer. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount alcohol. No was injured as a result of the incident.
