Raiders Join Fight Against Cancer

The Prince Albert Raiders will be joining the fight against cancer in October.

On October 23rd the Raiders will be debuting a special-edition jersey to honour those who have lost their battle with cancer, are currently fighting cancer or who have already beaten it, as well as, to raise funds for cancer research. The bottom of the sweater will include the printed names of friends, family members and co-workers who have been affected by cancer.

If you would like to honour a member of your family by having their name included on the jersey please email the name of your loved one to scissons@raiderhockey.com by Sept. 7th.

The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off during and after the Oct. 23rd game against the Moose Jaw Warriors, with the proceeds benefiting the Canadian Cancer Society.
