NHL Hall of Famer to speak at Sportmans awards banquet
NHL Hall of Famer Paul Coffey has been announced as the guest speaker for the eight annual Kinsmen/Jim Pattison Broadcast Group Sportmans awards banquet.
The awards banquet will be held at the Ches Leach Lounge in the Art Hauser Centre on November 8.
The four-time Stanley Cup champion defenceman will also be present on November 7 when the Prince Albert Raiders take on the Red Deer Rebels.
Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2004, Coffey collected 396 goals and 1,135 assists for 1,531 points in 1,409 regular season games during his 21-year National Hockey League career. Coffey was named the Norris Trophy winner on three occasions and ranks second all-time among NHL defencemen in career goals, assists, and points.
