Prince Albert’s James Kapacila finished fifth worldwide in this year’s Cross Fit Gamees.
He was tested through three days of grueling challenges. By Thursday afternoon he was still standing and still smiling.
The 17-year-old finished 5th at the Cross Fit Games in California.
The final event for the teenage boys age 16 -17 year old division, was held Thursday afternoon.
