Northern evacuees make stop in Prince Albert before going on to Cold Lake, Alta.
As evacuees from nothern Saskatchewan move to safety, new evacuation centres are opening up.
New evacuees coming into Prince Albert are being told to go to the Margo Fournier Centre located at 1211 1st Ave. West to check in.
Lise Anne Pierce, the provincial manager for Red Cross disaster managment is helping to run the Centre.
She said those who registered in La Ronge before leaving were told to go to Saskatoon where more shelters are being set up. Now, they’re being sent to Cold Lake, Alta.
