The 12th annual Prince Albert Downtown Street Fair will take place this weekend and will feature a mix of old and new attractions.

The Street Fair will be held on Saturday on Central Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Lori Bourne, event co-ordinator with the Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District, said they are going to have great stuff at this year’s Street Fair.

“We have our stage full of local dancers and bands. We have Cinderella and Prince Charming and Queen Elsa and Princess Anna coming down to meet and greet children of all ages, along with Spiderman too.”

KV Magic will be the roaming magician this year.

“The Ramblin Reptile Roadshow, which is a reptile petting zoo, coming down from Saskatoon to join us, so that will be excellent,” Bourne said.

She said they will have all their normal attractions as well including pony rides, bouncy castles, tons of food vendors and a sidewalk sale.

The Street Fair will be a go rain or shine but Bourne said they are hoping for lots of sunshine.
