Mistawasis election results in

Mistawasis First Nation is staying the course with its chief and council of two years after its 2015 general election.

Chief Daryl Watson and five councillors were reelected after voting closed on April 17.

Watson received 380 votes. He ran against three others: former chief Norma Ann Johnstone, Beverly Wise (Daniels), and Steven Roy Johnston.

Johnstone received 227 votes, Wise received 86, and Johnston received 83.
