SaskTel launches online cable TV service

SaskTel is making it easier for you to keep up with your TV shows on the go, even across the country.

On Tuesday the cable provider announced the launch of its Max Online service.

Michelle Englot with the company explains that means you can access Max through your computer.

It's a little restricted right now – giving residential Max customers access to a selection of what they subscribe to and only in Canada.

“It is available anywhere anytime in Canada but not in the U.S. at this time,” Englot explained.

Right now, customers can access Hollywood Suite OnDemand, Treehouse on Demand and Max Local on Demand.

Englot says by next year, they want to expand the content, and make Max Online accessible on your smart phone.
