Driver in fatal crash makes brief appearance

Kirk David Ross made another brief appearance this morning in Prince Albert Provincial Court. He is charged in connection with the death of 17-year-old Danika Clarke on Nov. 19.

The young woman from Southend, SK was struck and killed by a vehicle in the 600 block of 13th Street West.

Ross is charged with impaired driving causing death, failure to remain at the scene of an accident and breach of probation.

He will make his next appearance on May 18.
