Heartbreak for the Raiders
Despite a heartbreaking loss to the Blades in overtime, the Raiders are proud of their playoff run.
“It was an outright war, it was a fantastic hockey game,” said Bruno Campese, Prince Albert Raiders coach and general manager.
What is being called the best game played at the Art Hauser centre this year, the competition was packed with fans and fast, physical hockey.
Among the highlights were a first period goal by Antoine Corbin and the repetitive, nearly impossible, saves by Raider goalie Jamie Tucker.
