St. Louis theft leaves victim short of cash

Money collectors, beware.

Several pieces of very old Canadian paper currency were stolen over the weekend.

The theft occurred at a farmhouse east of St. Louis sometime between Mar. 19 and 20.

Anyone with information on the theft or who knows of anyone trying to pass-off or sell very old bills is asked to contact the Prince Albert RCMP at 765-5500 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
