Saskatoon nurses get their jobs back

Nurses that left a baby in a supply closet, were fired but a judge has decided the two nurses will get their jobs back.
The Star Phoenix reports a judge recently upheld an earlier ruling that the nurses get a three month suspension, as opposed to being fired.
The events date back to the summer of 2008. The Saskatoon Regional Health Authority was alerted and then gave the two pink slips.
A grievance was filed by the nurses union and a board ruled the health region over-reacted. The board says the nurses believed the baby was safe at all times.
