Festival quieter than expected

It was a quieter than expected in Little Red River Park this afternoon.
It was the Fire Festival, but organizer said they expected more people to show up, blaming to small turn out on the weather.
Some decided to brave the cold and and go to the park for a day of skiing, sledding and music.
The event wraps up tonight with fireworks at 6:30 p.m.
