Craig Dickenson found himself his job as special teams coordinator with the Saskatchewan Roughriders by calling up the team and offering his services.
Dickenson was introduced by the team on Tuesday.
Dickenson spent last season with the NFL’s Oakland Raiders as assistant special teams coordinator, but wasn't confident about his future there, prompting him to call Saskatchewan.
Prior to that, the Montana graduate served as the Calgary Stampeders special teams coordinator for five seasons and worked with the running backs and receivers in his first two years with the Stamps.
