There are some dangerous windchills across the entire province and Prince Albert isn’t even the coldest spot.
Regina comes in first with -48 C, Melfort is with -45 C and it is -41 C in Prince Albert.
With extreme windchills comes the risk of frost bite.
Lyle Karasiuk with Parkland Ambulance says exposed skin can freeze in less than a minute.
“So all exposed skin, fingers obviously, good winter boots, your face most importantly, cover up and bundle up today,” he said.
